Delta Junction - Known as the official end of the Alaska Highway, Delta Junction was originally known as Buffalo Center due to American Buffalo transplanted to the area in the 1920s. Named after the nearby Delta River, today Delta Junction has a thriving agricultural industry.

Fairbanks - The largest city in Interior Alaska and the second largest in Alaska, Fairbanks lies along the banks of the shores of the Tanana and Chena Rivers and was started during the Gold Rush. Often jokingly referred to as the "mosquito capital of the world", Fairbanks has some of the most extreme weather in Alaska. With a population of over 30,000 and acting as a regional service and supply center for Interior Alaska, Fairbanks offers a diverse economy.

Healy - Considered to be the Gateway to Denali Park due to its location just 11 miles to the south, Healy sits at the base of the Nenana River. With its close proximity to Denali National Park, tourism plays a large part in supporting the local economy.

Nenana -
Located in Interior Alaska only 55 miles from Fairbanks, Nenana lays between the Tanana and Nenana Rivers in a continental climate with extreme temperature ranges. First known as Tortella, the discovery of gold in surrounding areas in the 1900s brought bustling activity to the town. Home of the famous Nenana Ice Classic, this town of 400 is generally home to a large number of residents that participate in subsistence activities.

Tok - Located at an important junction along the Alaska Highway between the Tanana River and the Alaska Range, Tok originated as a commission camp during the construction of the Alcan and Glenn Highways. Today, tok serves as a trade center for the Athabascan native villages of Northway, Tetlin, Tanacross, Mentasta and Eagle.
